General
Our guide Montien was excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and always looking for ways to help us.
Empress Hotel was great. Nice large connecting rooms. Hotel staff made us feel very welcomed. Location was good cause we were close to the night market.
Samui Pavilion was great. Perfect location, 2 nice pools, directly on the Lamai beach. Nice connecting rooms. I recommend you continue using this hotel.
Bus and driver were great. It was nice to have a big bus with lots of space.
All in all, we had a great family vacation.
